CAMPAIGN

  • Every solid research starts with a clear objective description. In this first fase we have our first brainstorm session.

    At the end of this fase you will have:
    - The job-to-be-done of your audience.
    - A clear view on desired and undesired behavioral patterns.

  • In the second fase of this process we will dive deeper into the behavior of your target audience. To help us understand their motives better, we will use deep interview techniques. 

    At the end of this fase you will have:
    In-depth interviews with people from your target audience. 

  • In this fase we will summarize all our findings of the interviews and show you a first look into the brain of your target audience.

    You can expect:
    Insight into the Pains,Comforts,Gains and Anxieties of your audience.


    After that we will sharpen our original research question by using the Job.To.Be.Done and How.Might.We methods. 

  • In this fourth fase we start to identify the Moments that matter to your audience. These are the key decision moments during their day.

    Once we have identified these moments our experts will brainstorming ideas on how to influence your audience at these moments in creative ways.  

  • Once we have found creative ideas on how to reach your audience in these moments that matter. Our team will create concept interventions that your marketing team can use to create stronger marketing campaigns.

    These concept interventions are based on the principle of the 4 C's 

    -Catch (how do we catch the attention?)
    -Convert (how do we convert the behavior?)
    -Confirm (how do we confirm the right behavior?) 
    -Continue (how do we reinforce the right behavior?)

IMPACT START is a 3-month service that helps you understand why your audience does or does not take action,  and turns those insights into a clear campaign concept and strategy your team can use.

It is designed for companies that want better marketing decisions based on real customer insight, not assumptions.

Over the course of three months, we research how your audience thinks, what influences their decisions, and where they hesitate or drop off. This gives you a clearer view of what is standing in the way of action — and what your marketing needs to do differently.
 

We start with behavioural research and audience analysis. Through 5 in-depth interviews, we gather direct input from your audience about their needs, motivations, doubts, and challenges. This helps us understand not only who they are, but what actually drives their behaviour.
 

We then map the key decision points in the customer journey. We look at where interest turns into action, where friction appears, and where your communication can have more impact.
 

Based on these findings, we define a clear behavioural challenge for your business and develop a campaign concept built around it. This gives your team a practical direction for marketing that is rooted in real audience insight and focused on a specific problem.
 

At the end of the program, you receive a strategic roadmap that shows how to use these insights in future campaigns, so your team can keep building from a stronger foundation.

    In order to test your new campaign you will have acces to our in house AMI foto and video production services.

    This means that we will create the whole campaign for you with pictures and video's included. We will test these pictures/video's and captions for you and optimize them with the results of those tests.

    Now that we understand your audience better we take a look at our original research statement and redefine it where necessary.
