THE 7 STEPS TO A SUCCESFULL

CAMPAIGN

  • Every solid research starts with a clear objective description. In this first fase we have our first brainstorm session.

    At the end of this fase you will have:
    - The job-to-be-done of your audience.
    - A clear view on desired and undesired behavioral patterns.

  • In the second fase of this process we will dive deeper into the behavior of your target audience. To help us understand their motives better, we will use deep interview techniques. 

    At the end of this fase you will have:
    10 In-depth interviews with people from your target audience. 

  • In this fase we will summarize all our findings of the interviews and show you a first look into the brain of your target audience.

    You can expect:
    Insight into the Pains,Comforts,Gains and Anxieties of your audience.


    After that we will sharpen our original research question by using the Job.To.Be.Done and How.Might.We methods. 

  • In this fourth fase we start to identify the Moments that matter to your audience. These are the key decision moments during their day.

    Once we have identified these moments our experts will brainstorming ideas on how to influence your audience at these moments in creative ways.  

  • Once we have found creative ideas on how to reach your audience in these moments that matter. Our team will create interventions that combine the best ideas of the previous fase. 

    These interventions are based on the principle of the 4 C's 

    -Catch (how do we catch the attention?)
    -Convert (how do we convert the behavior?)
    -Confirm (how do we confirm the right behavior?) 
    -Continue (how do we reinforce the right behavior?) 

  • In fase 6 we combine the interventions from the previous fase and create one big marketing campaign that we run and implement for you. The goals of this campaign are:
    Reach the audience
    Change their behavior
    Reaffirm their behavior and help them to keep repeating the desired behavior. 

  • In the final fase of the GROW project we start prototyping our campaign. We test and optimize based on the results. In order to give you a fully tested campaign that will help to reach your audience in a way your competitors can only dream of!

When is IMPACT GROW the right choice for you?

IMPACT GROW is a 6-month service for companies that want to understand what drives human behaviour, and then have AMI turn those insights into a campaign that is tested, refined, and applied in practice.

It is designed for companies that want the depth of behavioural research, but also want to be fully supported in turning those insights into real marketing action. With GROW, you do not just get the strategy. You also get three additional months in which AMI develops, tests, improves, and applies the campaign for you.

The first three months build the research foundation. We explore how your audience thinks, what influences their decisions, and where they hesitate or drop off. This gives a clear view of what is standing in the way of action, and what your marketing needs to do differently.

We start with behavioural research and audience analysis. Through 10 in-depth interviews, we gather direct input from your audience about their needs, motivations, doubts, and challenges. This helps us understand not only who they are, but what actually drives their behaviour.

What makes GROW different is what happens next. In the following three months, AMI takes the lead in bringing the campaign to life. We test ideas, optimise what works, and apply the campaign in practice. 

To support this, AMI also creates the photo and video content needed for the campaign. This gives your business not only the research and strategy, but also the creative production and hands-on execution needed to move from insight to action.

At the end of the program, you have a deeper understanding of your audience, a campaign that has been tested and refined, and a stronger foundation for future marketing.
